Process Serving and Subpoena Prep: All of our process servers are licensed & bonded. We offer statewide services as well as nationwide services. Each assignment is handled in a timely manner with multiple attempts made at each address given. Once service is effectuated, we will provide you with a courtesy "status update" and file your proof of service with the appropriate court free of charge.

Small Claims Documentation: We can prepare, file and serve your claim anywhere in the State of California. We also aid in the collection of your judgment once you have obtained your judgment through the court (example: Wage Garnishment, Bank Levy, Abstract of Judgment).

We Prepare Your Claim
After you submit your Small Claims information form, we prepare your claim. Should we need additional information, our office will E-mail or call you.

After the form is complete, we will fax you a copy for your approval.

You would then sign the bottom of the form and immediately fax back to our office.

We File Your Claim
One of our staff court personnel will file your case in the appropriate Small Claims court.

Our staff uses the venue standards given by the local county that will determine the appropriate small claims court. Once filed you will receive a facsimile of the filed claim. Please pay particular attention to the date, time and division for your court date.

We Serve Your Defendant(s)
One of our experienced, bonded & licensed Professional Process Servers will serve your claim. You will immediately be notified if the address provided is no longer a valid service address. If the address is bad, we will attempt to locate a new one. If you need a status on the progress of your case, feel free to E-mail our office and a representative will immediately return the E-Mail.

We File the Proof
After the service of process is complete, Excalibur Attorney Service will prepare and file your Proof of Service at the Court. The conformed copy of the Proof of Service will be returned to you along with your complete court package.

Daily Court Filing: We offer same day court filing of all your legal documents. We will also give you a courtesy "status update" once your documents have been filed with the court.
 
Court Research: We have court specialists that will physically go to the court you request and research all necessary files with the court and report back to you in a timely manner.

Photocopy Service: We are licensed and bonded California Photocopiers with portable copiers to handle all of your photocopy needs - medical records, court documents, etc.

Bankruptcy Research: We physically go to the appropriate court, manually research your documents and make copies if needed.

Skip Tracing: Our skip tracing department has access to the latest technology in skip tracing. We locate defendants, witnesses, etc. We also locate assets which will help in the aid of the collection of your judgment.

Wage Garnishments: We prepare, file and serve wage garnishments anywhere in the State of California. We will also pro-rate your interest from the date of entry of judgment so that you do not loose any money due to you.

Bank Levies: We prepare, file and serve wage garnishments anywhere in the State of California. We will also pro-rate your interest from the date of entry of judgment so that you do not loose any money due to you. We will also serve the bank levy on the day that you request (where there is money in the bank).

In House Notary Service: We offer an "IN HOUSE" notary service to expedite all of your legal documents plus we offer a traveling notary in county of Riverside County and San Bernardino County. 

Messenger Service: We offer same day messenger service of any kind of document in the State of California specializing in Sonoma County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
